There are tons of issues that can happen if you are having connectivity problems between your network and ours. Here are a few things you should try before opening a ticket.
- Try to ping your server or our main server from an external network. There are tools online that will allow you to execute a ping from their server.
- Run a tracert or traceroute and make sure your packets aren't getting stuck inside your network or before they leave your ISP. This will also tell you if there is packet loss somewhere.
- Check our server status page. If the statuses are all green - chances are there are no issues with the main server.
- Finally, if you are sure there is a problem on our end - feel free to open a ticket so we can get it resolved for you!
